River's Tuesday Toot

Haha, my mom's sister found an OLD picture of my mom and scanned it. My mom has been described by PEOPLE WHO LOVE HER as goofy, light-hearted and silly. Guess she's been that way long before I came along. Hot dog, we have proof now.

Wait for it...

Wait....

Ack!!! I mean arroooo!! That is one scary lady! My Tuesday Toot to cheer everyone up a little! It's okay to laugh. My mom will laugh with you.

Howling for love of friends

We are howling today for Princess Dakota who is a bright star in the sky now.

And a beautiful old doggie, Kai, another shining star.

And please help our friend, Kelly, raise money for Dogs Deserve Better. She is chaining herself in public to raise awareness, too. Visit her page to see the progress. This is for Shepp who was chained out of reach of food and died. I won't post a picture because it is so sickening and sad. We are howling today for Shepp and all the sad chained doggies.

Here is our howl. WARNING!! This is a true beagle pack howl so it is very VERY LOUD. My mom tried to lower the volume in the video saving stuff. You can see me in the middle of the room, howling and conducting the others.

Growing old with dogs

My mom is growing old with us and as long as she has a home she will have lots of dogs. A friend sent this link that celebrates that life choice:

Good news

This is where I sit while my mom works, on her feet.
My grandmom is a lot better. She is out of the hospital and at home. She is allowed to walk in her garden in the sun for a little bit but that is all until she is stronger. All the pawsitive prayers helped! They really did. My mom and I thank all our friends for their help so much.

This is an old picture of me but I wanted to post one so nobody would forget me!

My mom's mom got very sick and my mom has been gone for a while to take care of her. We had our favorite petsitter, of course, but it's not the same.

My mom is home now for a while. Her mom is still in the hospital but is getting better. Please send good thoughts to the hospital in Virginia!

I am happy now. I am in my mom's lap.
