My mom's brother got a new baby. He is a white German shepherd. His name is Cesar. I will probably never meet him nose to nose but my mom gets to go visit him in Sept. They live in Wisconsin. Isn't he beautiful? This is their 5th shepherd (they love white shepherds more than anything) They say he's a handful and have put him in puppy school.
Yeah, this is a BIG handful. 
Here he is 2 months older. I can't believe those ears. And guess who my mom thinks he looks like?
HOOPS!! of Hoops & Yoyo. They're the goofy characters for Hallmark cards. Don't you think Cesar looks like Hoops? I sure hope he grows into those ears!!
