Extreme snow zoomies

We have been away for a few weeks because my mom has been so tired. Not from celebrating her birthday just from working too much. I wanted to tell everyone about our snow! We had 5 whole inches come down on Friday. My mom got off early from work and it took her 4 hours to get home. She said the roads, even the big highway, were terrible but her Honda (and the fact that she is a Yankee with experience in snow driving) got her home to us.

It was up to my CHEST in the backyard so I had to leap around like a kangaroo. Dot the coonhound also loved running around with me. Anybody want some snow? We have plenty now!

Hi, River!
I hope your Mom has a nice and relaxing weekend! Sure she deserves it!
4 hours to get home?? My mom would cry if that happens to her! She always complains about her 25 minutes trip!
Sure you have plenty of snow there! I appreciate your offer but... that is too cold for me!
Take care

I'm soooo furry jealous!

I had fifty flurries - I khounted!

BUT just on the other end of town, they got 1"-3" - I83 was khlosed fur several hours with 20+ akhcidents at one point - the weather person on our one station drove up from Merryland in it and she said visibility went to almost zero in an instant -

I saw your offer to ship some on Monday - I'll be watching fur it!

Hey River,
We didn'tr think it snowed in Georgia. We passed the 5 inch mark about 12 inches ago; around 7:00 AM this morning and it's still snowing at 11:30 PM. Poor Khyra, she loves snow and she got giped on this storm. She can hop in the Excterra and drive down to our house and play in all of our snow; we're closer to Pennsylvania than Georgia.

Hi River:

Whoo, for all the fun you had doing zoomies in the snow. We have had a lot of snow this winter, and I like to do what I saw you doing and that is poking my snooter down in it and getting underneath snow smells!

Kisses,
Stella

4 hours to get home...OMD, she must have been exhausted after the drive. Looks like a lot of snow to explore.

Hi there River,

That was a long and tiring journey for your mom. Hope she was able to get lots of relax time this weekend. We don't get snow here in the Philippines but we do enjoy seeing how much fun snowflakes can bring. (well, maybe not too much snowflakes) Do stay safe there please.

Also, we greet your mom belated happy birthday. We apologize for our mommy's slow blog post updates and comment duties. She's been buried with lots of work these days.

Oh we are glad your mom got home safe! and didn't get stranded! Snow zoomies look like fun! Since we live in So Calif, we probably will never get to experience them! So do some zoomies for us!

Hi River,

That's a lovely video. All of you running around in that snow. The snow must be wonderful...soft and fluffy under your paws:)

I haven't seen snow - and so I can't imagine how good (or bad, you want to give it away) it must be:) But I don't mind some.
