Good news (but sorta sad, too)

We have fostered Rosa for a while. There have been lots of applications for her and we've finally chosen a new home. She will leave Thursday (13th) for her new furever home. It's a family with older children, a good fit for so lively a little dog.

So tonight is our last night with her forever (sniff).

Here is everyone's favorite picture of that little stinkeroo Graham. Three rescues were all talking tonight about how much time has passed. That little crumb is 3 1/2 months old already! And how at one time my mom and the vet had thought to have him humanely euthanized because he was so sick with pneumonia. He is so strong now and runs and barks and eats like crazy. What an amazing miracle that he came back from the brink. He goes to the other rescue tomorrow, too. They will have him snipped on Thursday. Heh, well, I won't miss him. I'm kidding, I'm kidding...not.

Then we can go back to just Mom and me and our regular pack--which she says is anything from 5 to inifinity.
Maaaaaahuhuhuh-om!! How many is infinitee?

Good job finding a nice home for Rosa and we'll keep our paws crossed that Graham finds a good home. Are you sure that your Mom doesn't want to keep him?

I think infinitee is some place far, far, away...like where that Star Wars movie was or where that Buzz Lightyear guy goes...

Rosa is so pretty. She looks like a little Redbone? Good job on finding the perfect home. It must be fun having the puppies around, but exhausting and a little sad when they leave, too. Graham looks so little, and he is only 2 weeks younger than Madison!

Oh River, you've done such a great job. I must say Graham looks very sweet and imagine he hides his mischieve well. You look tired fella, put your paws up and take a well deserved rest before the next visitors arrive.

Hi River; That is a beautiful picture of you at the end of your post! Gahram sure is cute too. I'm sure it will be very sad seeing Rosa go to her new home but very exciting at the same time. It is great that she has found a good furever home!! XOXO Peanut

What sad partings but mostly exciting plans for your buddies. Forever homes are what it's all about! And it will be no time at all before that adorable Graham is snatched up by a family and snuggled for the rest of his many many days. Tell you human that she does amazing work!

That is great news about Rosa, good luck to her in new home.

Little Graham is still so cute, bet you will miss him really. hehe

About the Runner bean fireman, we have a collection of different ones including a few Dalmation ones. We have not got a Beagle one though. As Beagles are one of her favourite breeds our person now wants one too so she is going to have to search the internet to try and find one.. BOL.
